Directions:
1. From I-95 NORTH (East of CT River): Interstate 95, take Exit 69 (Route 9 North). On Rt. 9, take Exit 3. Turn LEFT at end of ramp. At traffic light, take RIGHT onto West Ave. Skip to paragraph 4.
2. From I-95 SOUTH: Take I-95 to Exit 65 (Westbrook). At ramp, turn LEFT onto Westbrook Road and head north, about 5 miles. Continue past Essex Steam Train station (on left); go through stop light, into Essex village. You’re now on West Ave. and will pass the town library and town hall, on left. See 4.
3. From Rt 9 north (toward Old Saybrook), take Exit 3. Turn LEFT at end of ramp. At traffic light, take LEFT onto West Ave. Skip to paragraph 4. or From Rt 9 south (toward Hartford), take Exit 3. Turn LEFT at ramp, then RIGHT at stop light onto West Ave.
4. On West Ave. go to STOP SIGN, take a HARD RIGHT onto Champlin Square, which immediately becomes South Main Street. Take first RIGHT (up hill) onto Evans Lane.
Go to end of Evans Lane, past pair of white planter urns on either side, to last driveway on right, 11 Evans Lane. Look for bee mailbox.
