| We will ship your order as quickly as possible using the shipper you select when placing an order. Orders placed online may be picked up in person, if desired. Simply call or email us to coordinate a time for pickup. We will refund the shipping cost calculated, unless you coordinate with us before ordering which allows us to bypass the shipping calculation on the online order form. We encourage the purchase of insurance for breakable items or if you need that _peace of mind_ feeling. We carefully pack our shipments to avoid damage or breakage but are not responsible for damage in transit. However, we will work with you to coordinate a damage claim with the shipper should such an event occur. FedEx includes insurance coverage in its shipping price; USPS offers insurance for an additional fee.
RETURNS: We stand behind what we sell. We try and make our store descriptions and pictures as accurate as possible to showcase the products for sale. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of a purchased item, please let us know and we can either provide a replacement or a refund for the purchase price of the item. We cannot refund shipping charges. |
